Martinsa-Fadesa obtains the Final Certificate in Residencial Torres Europa
After reinitiating the works of Residencial Torres Europa the last month of September, the works follow their course, having obtained on 3rd April the Final Certificate for the towers 14 and 18. Residencial Torres Europa in L´Hospitalet de Llobregat, is a residential develop that includes a total of five towers, designated three of them -14,15 and 18 - to residential units with a total of 291 high standing apartments, and other two towers to offices. We will continue informing our clients of the advances in the residential develop.

Martinsa-Fadesa obtains the Building Permit with date 30 of March of 2009 for the promotion that is developed in PAU 4 of Móstoles Sur (VPPL). The residential one consists of 127 houses in height of 3 and 4 dormitories, green areas and closed urbanization.

Martinsa-Fadesa has reinitiated the works in 3 of its residential develops located in Madrid, Soto de Henares M25 and M11 located in Torrejón de Ardoz and RC18 La Estación in Colmenar Viejo, being in total 478 houses.Soto de Henares M25 VPPL is a residential develop that comprises 124 apartments of 3 bedrooms, landscaped, green areas and swimming pools. Soto de Henares M-11 VPPAOC is a 238 houses develop distributed in 2 bedrooms duplex , and two to four bedrooms apartments of 50 to 110 ms ² usable space. The housing development includes green areas, swimming pool and control of access.
La Estación RC18 VPPL,in Colmenar Viejo, are 116 apartments of 3 to 4 bedrooms. The residential comprises wide green areas, landscaped and swimming pool.
